Located in the heart of the Arena District, this creative incubator space for Nationwide Insurance, was designed in response to Nationwide Insurance’s drive to advance creative full-service tech solutions for hardware, software, and product development within the insurance industry. Inspired by the growing popularity of co-working spaces, Refinery 191 was created with the concept of a flexible “Out-of-Office” Hub that can be used to encourage collaboration and creativity, but also promote new brand concepts. The space repurposed a second-generation office suite including mezzanine space, convenient to the main Corporate Campus, into a flexible tech environment for use by normally disconnected disciplines within the corporate structure.
