Chase Tech Center

The Chase Tech Center was a total renovation of an existing 84,000-square foot, one-store office building adjacent to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation’s main campus at Easton.  The space was designed specifically to the requirements of the Chase Information Technology Group consisting of 380 computer and technology specialists. Our responsibilities included programming, interior and architectural design and documentation, furniture and finish design and specifications and construction administration. 

Lupton Rausch worked closely with the user group to develop a program consisting of an open office environment that grouped the users in clusters of open 120 degree workstations that allowed them to work as a team.  This approach facilitates the flow of ideas and communication amongst team members and assists in the problem solving of complex computer programming tasks.
