This new facility for the Dublin Arts Council entailed the renovation of an existing 7,000-square foot residence overlooking the Scioto River.  Program requirements for the mixed-use facility incorporated modifications to the existing residence in order to provide gallery space, classrooms, meeting areas, offices, conference rooms, and a pottery studio.  The French Eclectic influence of the existing home was continued in the addition through the use of stone, wrought iron, slate roof and copper.
