This $13,500,000, 180,000 S.F. project consists of three brick office buildings set in a heavily wooded ravine. Our responsibilities included overall design and construction administration as well as the coordination of interior tenant improvements including the current World Headquarters for TDCI and Ultryx. Additional tenants of the Orion Office Buildings include Duffy Homes, Leibert, 360.net and McGraw Hill.
