This six-story, 205,000 square foot high-end class ‘A’ office building occupies a pivotal site in the Arena District with design elements that were incorporated to reinforce and complement the entrance to John McConnell Park.  With extensive brick and stone detailing, custom metalwork and a broad metal cornice, we were able to create a dominant structure that further supports the character and urban fabric of the District.
